As the home boom continues to serge, the post claimed today that home sales reached another record high, modular home designers are working on hip new concepts under the radar. The pictured wee homes are just one of the ultra modern, one room dwellings that are being produced around teh globe. Look to see stackable, reconfigurable and "add on" models to start popping up in magazines and newspapers. These low cost alternatives allow a buyer to put teh home virtually anywhere. The cost of these homes start as low as $65,000. Granted, you can get carried away and create a $1 million+ modular palace but that is defeatin g the purpose. Most homes come with heating and electric installed all you need to do is buy the water heater and hook up the circuit breaked and line from the street.
